App license is for embedding Elvinova font files in applications, if you are developing an app for iOS, Android, or Windows.
YOU CAN:
* Use 1 font license per 1 App.
* Use for Desktop license.
* Use for unlimited App Views or Game Views (If another similar, subsequent application (sequel, prequel, or other new versions) is created, then another App License would be required, in case the font is to be used in this subsequent application).
*Use the font in one title that is available on multiple device platforms, provided the titles are the same in all respects other than for compatibility purposes with the respective platforms (for example the font may be used in one title where that same title is available on both iOS and Android devices if the applications are the same except for platform compatibility purposes).
* Embedding in mobile applications, desktop applications, and video games ONLY if the font is non-extractable and cannot be installed by an end-user for any use outside of the licensed application.
YOU CANNOT:
* Use or embed the font(s) in an editable format in templates, apps or electronic documents which allow users to type with the font and generate their own personalized content (softwares like Templett or Corjl).
* Use or embed the font(s) in e-books.
* Use the font(s) in movie, motion graphic or video games.
* Sell or distribute the font file with any third parties.
